LIVE Group Virtual Training
30 MINUTE SESSIONS

We offer several different types of membership for our LIVE Virtual Sessions. This is a chance to train with Dina and other members with personal interaction over Zoom. Here is the class schedule!
Virtual MetCon – Get motivated with a Metabolic Conditioning class that is sure to drive results and get you moving. You will be encouraged to find your own limits based on your skill level with unique and fun workouts proven to reduce body fat, increase strength, improve flexibility, build lean muscle, and tighten your core. Workouts may include dumbbells, kettle bells, bodyweight, or whatever surprise Dina has in store.
Virtual LIFT – Using barbell complex workouts, Dina designs unique fat burning, lean muscle mass building endurance workouts. Your heart rate will elevate without the pounding on your body, no plyometrics or jumping of any kind involved. This class is strictly LIFTing fun!
Virtual SWEAT – Choose cardio equipment of choice while being motivated through coaching and music. You can spin, elliptical, row, treadmill, plyo, or even run outside. It’s a fantastic 30 minutes!
Virtual CORE – Build your core strength and get the ab definition you desire in this 30 minute core-focused class.
Virtual STRENGTH – We could all use a little more strength. Have your bands, balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, and/or barbells available for this session that focuses on slowing down and engaging muscles to create a stronger you. A “no cardio” session.
Virtual NO JUMP BOOTCAMP – Plan to circuit between cardio and weights. You choose your cardio whether it be bike, rower, treadmill, outside run, kettle bell swings or your own plyo metrics. You will be guided through both cardio and weight circuit with tons of motivation, guidance, and mindfulness! It a 30 minute workout to meet all your needs.
Virtual STRETCH – Let’s stretch together. We all need more of it. This 30 minutes online class focuses on the power of stretching. The virtual session is also a great class for warming up or cooling down. Don’t neglect this very important part of your exercise regime.
Virtual HEALTH – Just what the doctor ordered. A class designed to keep your body healthy and mobile. Bring your bands, yoga blocks, balls, and foam rollers to activate and keep those small stabilizer muscles strong.
Virtual BODYWEIGHT HIIT – Capture your youth again. Jump, hop, skip your way to health using just your bodyweight. A fun cardio class designed for all levels. Modifications are encouraged to create the perfect cardio workout for you.
